Dalton J. Bailey of DePere, 19, received a one year probation term for theft. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through and pay costs.

Joan M. Gehrig of Pelican Rapids, Minnesota, 51, was sentenced to 14 days jail for disorderly conduct. She must also pay costs for resisting or obstructing an officer. A battery charge was dismissed.

Derek J. Sparby of Marshfield, 24, was ordered to serve two years probation for theft and resisting or obstructing an officer, both as a repeater.

Michell M. Goersch of Gleason, 40, was sentenced to three years probation for burglary. She must also pay costs and restitution.

Jennifer L. Kegley of Crandon, 35, was ordered to serve jail time during a revocation hearing. A nine month jail term was ordered for an original charge of obtaining controlled substance by fraud. A credit of 163 days will be subtracted. A term of eight months jail was ordered for issuing worthless checks. 64 days credit will be reduced from that term. Both terms run concurrent.

Alexandra D. Caudell of Sixth Avenue, 23, was placed on probation for one year for misdemeanor bail jumping and a resisting/obstructing charge that had been deferred. She must also pay costs and undergo counseling. Charges of operating while revoked and failing to install or tampering with an ignition interlock device were dismissed.



New charges filed today:

Robert D. Packard of Deerbrook, 18, is charged with possessing an illegally obtained prescription. The incident occurred on October 30. An initial appearance is scheduled for December 1.

Matthew L. Hirman of Stevens Point, 30, is charged with operating while intoxicated second offense, which happened on October 11. A $500 bond was paid. An initial appearance is set for November 18.
