Langlade County criminal court activity 11.03.2014.

Jason P. Behm of Sixth Avenue, 32, received a $500 signature bond for a theft charge. His next court date is December 15.

Jordan J. Bessert of Carley Road, 30, failed to appear in court on a charge of misdemeanor bail jumping. A warrant was authorized for his arrest with a $500 bond.

Norman Mason of Seventh Avenue, 43, had bond set at $150 cash for charges of disorderly conduct domestic abuse and false imprisonment. Conditions of bond include no contact with the victim. His next court appearance is set for December 15.

Joshua I. Miller of Superior Street, 29, had bond set at $250 cash for a charge of possession with intent to deliver marijuana. His next court date is November 17.

Joshua J. Paff of Tenth Avenue, 24, received a $2,000 signature bond for charges of child abuse recklessly causing harm and resisting or obstructing an officer. He is scheduled to return to court on December 8.

Lonny J. Stoltz of Eland, 63, failed to appear in court for two counts of theft. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest. A bond forfeiture hearing will be held.



New charges filed on Friday, October 31:

Brooke R. Behm of Riverside Road, 32, was charged with possession of narcotic drugs, possession of an illegall obtained prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on a $1,000 signature bond. Her next court appearance is set for November 24.

Daniel J. Pregler of Old 26 Road, 57, was charged with theft by false representation. The incident occurred on April 21. An initial appearance is scheduled for November 24.

Andrea M. Schuh of Appleton, 30, was charged with two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, which happened on October 19. An initial appearance is set for November 24.

Brenda L. Michiel of Wabeno, 31, was charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse and criminal damage to property. The incidents occurred on October 20. An initial appearance is scheduled for November 17.

Robert J. Essert of Bryant, 47, was charged with intentionally mistreating animals. The incident happened on September 28. His initial appearance is set for November 10.



New charges filed today:

Tammy M. Widener of County Road W, 47, is charged with strangulation and suffocation and child abuse recklessly causing great harm. The incidents took place on October 27. A warrant has been issued for her arrest.

Daniel J. Flak Jr. of Elton, 20, is charged with theft, which occurred on October 12. An initial appearance is scheduled for November 24. He is also charged with a second count of theft as a repeater in a separate case.

Guy R. Smith of Sixth Avenue, 56, is charged with disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping.

Bo R. Huss of Hortonville, 18, is charged with violating absolute sobriety with a passenger under age 16. The incident happened on October 25.

James K. Navis of White Lake, 52, is charged with operating while intoxicated third offense.
