Langlade County criminal court activity 10.23.2014.

Joshua L. Schlueter of Wausau, 40, was fined $100 plus court costs for an amended charge of possession of marijuana. He was also sentenced to 90 days jail, which has already been served.

Jeffrey A. Mcgeshick of Crandon, 25, was fined $100 plus court costs for an amended charge of misdemeanor bail jumping. The original charge was felony bail jumping. He received a fine of $150 plus costs for failing to install an ignition interlock device. Charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and operating while revoked were dismissed.



New charges filed today:

Brandon S. Poltrock of Neva Road, 27, is charged with possession of marijuana second or greater offense and misdemeanor bail jumping. A court appearance is scheduled for October 27.

Nicholas R. Larsen of Deerbrook, 33, is charged with forgery as party to a crime and a repeater. The incident occurred on July 9. An initial appearance is set for November 3.

Lynette R. Lanik of First Avenue, 56, is charged with forgery as party to a crime. The incident happened on July 9. An initial appearance is scheduled for November 10.

Joshua J. Paff of Tenth Avenue, 24, is charged with child abuse recklessly causing harm and resisting or obstructing an officer, both as a repeater. The incidents occurred on June 29. His initial appearance is set for November 3.

Logan A. Korbisch of Wausau, 30, is charged with possessing an illegally obtained prescription and operating while revoked. His next court appearance is scheduled for November 24.

Alex N. Hitz of West First Avenue, 26, is charged with operating while intoxicated second offense. His next court date is November 24.
