Langlade County criminal court activity 10.22.2014.
Cassondra N. Krusensterna of Crandon, 19, was sentenced to nine month probation for possessing drug paraphernalia. She must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through and pay court costs. A charge of possessing narcotic drugs was dismissed.
Tristan J. Dionne of Phlox, 21, received a reduction in bond from $5,000 cash to $1,500 cash for charges of first degree sex assault with sexual contact with person under age of 13, causing a child under age 13 to view or listen to a sexual act, child enticement exposing sex organ and exposing genitals to a child. Conditions of that bond remain, which are no contact with the victim, no unsupervised contact with minor children and no contact with McKenna swimming pool. The next court appearance is scheduled for December 17.
Richard R. Burnett-Hoeppner of County Road Y, 20, was placed on probation for one year for resisting or obstructing an officer as a repeater. A second charge of receiving or concealing stolen property was dismissed.
