Langlade County criminal court activity 10.20.2014.

Les L. Boyd of White Lake, 63, received a $1,000 signature bond for a theft charge. He must not have contact with the victim. His next court date is set for November 4.

Ross A. Hansen of Oneida, 26, failed to appear in court on a charge of disorderly conduct domestic abuse. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Josh E. Stein of Pembine, 24, received a $1,000 signature bond on a burglary charge. His next court date is October 21.

Dylan L. Bruch of Clermont Street, 20, was ordered to serve 45 days in jail and two years probation for manufacturing or delivering marijuana, possession of marijuana and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Charges of possessing drug paraphernalia and possession with intent to deliver prescriptions were dismissed. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through and pay court costs.

New charges filed today:

Efrain C. Perez of Clermont Street, 41, is charged with second degree sex assault on intoxicated victim and theft. A $25,000 cash bond has been set. He is scheduled to return to court on October 27.

Michael R. Wedemayer of Edison Street, 46, is charged with operating while intoxicated fifth or sixth offense, felony bail jumping, possession of marijuana second or greater offense and operating while revoked. His next court date is October 27.

Andrew J. Artymiuk of Park Street, 48, is charged with two counts of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. He is scheduled to return to court on November 24.
