Langlade County criminal court activity 10.17.2014.

Johnathon H. Baker of Bryant, 35, was sentenced to one year probation for possessing marijuana second offense. He must undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through. A charge of possessing drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Troy R. Cotter of Elcho, 27, received a sentence of one year probation for possessing marijuana. Alcohol or drug assessment was also ordered. A drug paraphernalia possession charge was dismissed.

Jeffrey J. Muschinske of Suring, 61, failed to appear in court on a charge of manufacturing or delivering schedule I, II narcotics. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Brandon S. Poltrock of Superior Street, 27, failed to appear in court on a theft charge. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Marissa M. Tietsort of Superior Street, 24, was sentenced to one year probation for receiving or concealing stolen property. She must also attend counseling and pay court costs. A misdemeanor bail jumping charge was dismissed.

James L. Hoeppner of Arctic Street, 25, failed to appear in court for a charge of disorderly conduct as a repeater. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.



New charges filed on Thursday, October 16:

Aaron J. Turcotte of County Road H, 21, is charged with possession of marijuana second or greater offense, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor bail jumping. His next court date is November 17.

Austin J. Dumke of White Lake, 17, is charged with possession of marijuana. He is scheduled to return to court on November 17.



New charges filed on Friday, October 17:

Dean L. Smith of Crandon, 40, is charged with operating while intoxicated third offense. His next court appearance is set for October 20.
