New charges filed today:
Alfredo Bonifacio-Santos of Clermont Street, 22, is charged with substantial battery intending bodily harm. A $500 cash bond was paid. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for October 20.
Luke R. Halbrook of Depere, 20, is charged with theft and criminal damage to property. His next court appearance is set for November 17.
Logan R. Marquis of Depere, 20, is charged with theft and criminal damage to property. He is scheduled to appear in court again on November 17.
Justin E. Fritsch of Trout Road, 32, is charged with resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. The incidents occurred on October 4. A $450 cash bond was paid. An initial appearance is set for October 20.
Kevin Lee Schmidt of Lincoln Street, 51, is charged with misdemeanor bail jumping. He is scheduled to return to court on November 17.
Christopher J. Wynos of Keshena, 25, is charged with disorderly conduct as a repeater. His next court date is set for November 11.
