Langlade County criminal court activity 09.29.2014.

Nicolas L. Basuki of Maple Road, 23, failed to appear in court on a charge of operating while revoked. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Kody J. Deacy of Irving Street, 21, received a $100 cash bond for charges of disorderly conduct domestic abuse repeater and misdemeanor bail jumping as a repeater. Conditions of bond include no use of alcohol and no contact with victim. His next court date is set for October 2.

Heather Kleinschmidt of Birnamwood, 37, received a $500 signature bond for two counts of issuing worthless checks. She is scheduled to return to court on November 3.

Stephanie M. Lewis of North Hogan Street, 35, received a $500 signature bond for a charge of misappropriating ID info to obtain money. Her next court date is November 3.

Joshua J. Paff of Tenth Avenue, 24, received a $1,000 signature bond for a charge of disorderly conduct. He is scheduled to return to court on November 3.

James M. Pelky of Fifth Avenue, 26, received a $1,000 signature bond for charges of felony bail jumping, theft, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. A condition of bond is no contact with the victims. His next court appearance is set for October 22.

Anitra L. Pemma of Wabeno, 29, failed to appear in court on charges of operating while intoxicated fourth offense within five years and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration fourth offense. A body only warrant was authorized.

Charles J. Sheldon of Crandon, 31, received a $500 signature bond for a charge of issuing worthless checks. His next court date is November 3.

Joshua G. Treiterer of White Lake, 36, failed to appear on two counts of issuing worthless checks. A warrant with a $200 bond was authorized for his arrest.

Tammy J. Pavek of Washington Avenue, 50, was sentenced to one year probation for disorderly conduct domestic abuse as a repeater. She must undergo alcohol or drug assessment with treatment and anger management counseling. A charge of resisting or obstructing an officer as a repeater was dismissed.



New charges filed today:

Randy S. Haller of Elcho, 43, is charged with first degree recklessly endangering safety, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct domestic abuse. The incidents occurred on September 13. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
