Langlade County criminal court activity 09.24.2014.

Robert J. Beattie of County Road HH, 31, received a $500 cash bond for charges of manufacturing or delivering marijuana, second degree recklessly endangering safety and possession of drug paraphernalia. A condition of bond is that he not have contact with the victim. His next court date is set for October 15.

Jeremy J. Eslinger of Appleton, 21, was sentenced to six months in jail during a probation revocation hearing on convictions of possessing drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor bail jumping.

Christine N. Remsburg of White Lake, 24, was ordered to serve four months in jail for criminal trespassing to a dwelling and possession of an illegally obtained prescription. A drug paraphernlia possession charge was dismissed.

Cassandra Rae Sabrowsky of Sheboygan, 25, received a 20 day jail sentence with one year probation for an amended charge of possession of marijuana second offense. She must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through.

Justin C. Koeppel of Fairview Road, 25, was fined $100 plus court costs for possession of marijuana. A charge of possessing drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Andrew S. Wildman of Mary Street, 30, was sentenced to two years probation for disorderly conduct domestic abuse and misdemeanor battery. A one year deferred judgment was ordered for strangulation and suffocation charge.

Robin Steffen of Elcho, 43, was fined $100 plus court costs for disorderly conduct domestic abuse. A one year deferred judgment was ordered for felony bail jumping.

Jesse L. Ingalls of Lincoln Street, 35, received a one year probation term for resisting or obstructing an officer. A disorderly conduct charge was dismissed.



New charges filed today:

Judith M. Steckbauer of Sunnyside Road, 33, is charged with burglary into a building or dwelling and theft, both as a repeater. The incidents occurred on September 9. An initial appearance is set for October 6.

Jami S. Biesik, 31, is charged with burglary into a building or dwelling, theft and resisting or obstructing an officer, which occurred on September 9. A warrant has been issued for her arrest.

Julie M. Yerken of Fred Street, 38, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernlia, first degree recklessly endangering safety and neglecting a child. An initial appearance is scheduled for September 25.

Kody J. Deacy of Irving Street, 21, is charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse and misdemeanor bail jumping, both as a repeater. His next court appearance is set for September 29.

Marissa M. Tietsort of Aniwa, 24, is charged with resisting or obstructing an officer and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. She is scheduled to return to court on September 29.

Les L. Boyd of White Lake, 63, is charged with theft. The incident occurred on September 10. An initial appearance is set for October 20.

Joshua J. Paff of Tenth Avenue, 24, is charged with disorderly conduct. An initial appearance is scheduled for September 29.
