Langlade County criminal court activity 09.15.2014.

Alex J. Brubach of Wilson Road, 17, received a $2,500 signature bond for charges of causing a child age 13 to 18 to view sexual activity and exposing a child to harmful material. Conditions of bond include no unsupervised contact with minor females and the victim in the case. He is scheduled to return to court on October 20.

Andrew D. Guenthner of Wausau, 19, received a $2,000 signature bond for charges of burglary and forgery. He is set to return to court on October 13.



New charges filed on 09.11.2014:

Stephanie M. Lewis of North Hogan Street, 35, is charged with misappropriate ID info to obtain money as a repeater. An initial appearance is scheduled for September 29.

James M. Pelky of Fifth Avenue, 26, is charged with two counts of felony bail jumping, theft, disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. The incidents occurred on August 22. An initial appearance is set for September 29.



New charges filed today:

Amanda J. Neumann of Elm Street, 27, is charged with felony bail jumping, possession of an illegally obtained prescription and resisting or obstructing an officer. She is scheduled to return to court on October 10.

Mickayla M. Palmer of Cover Road, 17, is charged with misdemeanor bail jumping. Her next court date is September 29.

Tyler J. Joseph of Lincoln Street, 19, is charged with disorderly conduct, resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of drug paraphernlia. His next court date is October 27.

Brenna L. Osborne of South Superior Street, 20, is charged with theft in a business setting. The incident happened on July 1. An initial appearance is set for October 6.

Dalen J. Beauprey of Crandon, 26, is charged with failing to install or tampering with ignition interlock device and operating while revoked.

Miguel A. Castillo of Pine Street, 38, is charged with operating while revoked, which occurred on September 2.

Duane D. Mays of Mountain, 51, is charged with operating while revoked and failing to install or tampering with an ignition interlock device. The incidents happened on August 28.

Lori A. Phillips of Choctaw Mississippi, 47, is charged with operating while revoked, which took place on August 24.
