Raul Castellanos of Mattoon, 41, was fined $50 plus court costs for disorderly conduct.
James M. Pavek of Bryant, 38, was fined $100 plus costs for possessing drug paraphernalia.
Randy B. Huff of Fifth Avenue, 58, received a sentence of 90 days jail with fine of $1,355 for operating while intoxicated third offense. He must undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through and install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for one year. His drivers license was revoked for 26 months.
Shantel R. Koszarek of First Avenue, 25, failed to appear in court on charges of resisting or obstructing an officer and operating while revoked. A body only warrant was authorized for her arrest.
Christina M. Hephner of Sheboygan, 30, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and two years probation for possession with intent to deliver marijuana. She must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment. A charge of possessing drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
New charges filed today:
Mickayla M. Palmer of Clover Road, 17, is charged with misdemeanor bail jumping. Her next court appearance is set for September 29.
