Langlade County criminal court activity 08.27.2014.

Steven L. Rosio of Crandon, 22, failed to appear in court on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Shelbie Klopp of Antigo, 22, was sentenced to 120 days in jail and two years probation for manufacturing or delivering marijuana, three counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, retail theft, disorderly conduct and posesssion of drug paraphernalia.

Carlos Jimenez of Schofield, 33, was fined $100 for possession of marijuana and $200 for operating without a valid drivers license third offense within three years. A charge of possessing drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Allen J. Fleischman of Second Avenue, 23, received a one year probation term for resisting or obstructing an officer. A retail theft charge was dismissed.

Thomas E. Neta of Fifth Avenue, 23, was ordered to serve one year and nine months in jail during a revocation hearing. He will receive credit for 410 days. The offenses were misdemeanor bail jumping and fourth degree sexual assault.

Sherry L. Thiel of Elcho, 31, was sentenced to nine months jail for misdemeanor bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct, some for a probation revocation. A $100 fine plus costs was ordered for a current disorderly conduct charge.

Matthew S. Krause of Crestwood Road, 33, received a three year probation term for revocation of a deferred prosecution for strangulation and suffocation. In a separate case, he was sentenced to 30 days jail with three years probation for three counts of forgery. Six counts of theft, five counts of felony bail jumping and three counts of forgery were dismissed.

James A. Skippergosh of Gresham, 64, received a reduction in bond from $1,000 cash to $500 cash for operating while intoxicated fifth or sixth offense. A condition of bond is no use of alcohol. He is scheduled to return to court on September 22.

Cody J. Menting of Wilson Road, 23, was ordered to serve a one year probation term for an amended charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. The original charge was possession of paraphernalia for methamphetamine. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through.

Justin J. Jeter of Lincoln Street, 24, received a 29 day jail sentence, reserving 61 days jail time for future violations for a theft charge. He was also sentenced to two years probation for criminal trespassing to dwelling and misdemeanor bail jumping. A $100 fine was ordered for possessing drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.



New charges filed today:

Dylan T. Madderom of Park Street, 18, is charged with aggravated battery intending bodily harm, child abuse intentionally causing great bodily harm, first degree recklessly endangering safety and manufacturing or deliver marijuana. The manufacturing or delivering charge dates back to August 1, with the other charges on August 25. A $10,000 cash bond has been set. A competency hearing is scheduled for September 15.
