Sheila A. Davis of Lincoln Street, 46, had bond set at $150 cash for two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. As a condition of bond, she must not use alcohol. Her next court date is October 13.
Vicki L. Dobratz of County Road F, 59, had bond lowered from $2,500 cash to $1,000 cash for charges of possession of marijuana second or greater offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, felony bail jumping, misdemeanor bail jumping and maintaining a drug trafficking place. She is scheduled to return to court on September 8.
Molly M. Rustick of Aniwa, 22, had her bond set at $150 cash for charges of manufacturing or delivering marijuana, second degree recklessly endangering safety and possession of drug paraphernalia. She must also comply with social services. Her next court appearance is set for October 13.
Michael S. Randall of Crandon, 24, was sentenced to 45 days in jail and two years probation for felony bail jumping and possession of marijuana second or greater offense.
New charges filed today:
August D. Genz of Irving Street, 45, is charged with possession with intent to deliver amphetamine and manufacturing or delivering marijuana. His next court date is set for September 8.
Crystal A. Ross of County Road F, 20, is charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor bail jumping and resisting or obstructing an officer. The incidents occurred on August 21. She is scheduled to return to court on September 8.
Nicolas L. Basuki of Maple Road, 23, is charged with operating while revoked. His next court date is September 29.
Juan M Hernandez-Araiza of Weston, 34, is charged with operating while revoked. An initial appearance is set for September 23.
