Langlade County criminal court activity 08.19.2014.

Michael E. Frysinger Jr. of Watson Street, 36, failed to appear in court on charges of operating while intoxicated second offense and operating with prohibited alcohol concentration second offense. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Nevada L. Webster of Keshena, 36, failed to appear in court on charges of possession with intent to deliver narcotics and possession with intent to deliver cocaine. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Lorrenda Fritz of Fremont, 46, failed to appear in court for three counts of issuing worthless checks. A warrant with $750 bond was authorized for her arrest.

Tara K. Rasmussen of Bryant, 31, was sentenced to one year probation and five days in jail for resisting or obstructing an officer.

Todd M. Brass of Elcho, 25, was ordered to serve 60 days in jail for a probation revocation. He will receive credit for 30 days. The original charge was disorderly conduct.

Louis J. Murray of Virginia Street, 54, was fined $200 plus costs for resisting or obstructing an officer. A theft charge was dismissed.

Deearl R. Wynter of Clermont Street, 39, was sentenced to five months jail in a probation revocation hearing. Credit will be given for 36 days. The original charge was possession of marijuana.

Kerry K. Mosher of Gleason, 36, was sentenced to three years probation for manufacturing or delivering schedule I, II narcotics. A second count of the same was dismissed.

Mary A. Radmer of Fifth Avenue, 48, received a one year probation sentence for disorderly conduct. A charge of resisting or obstructing an officer was dismissed.



New charges filed today:

Sheila A. Davis of Lincoln Street, 46, is charged with two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. Her next court date is set for August 25.

Jesse L. Ingalls of Lincoln Street, 35, is charged with resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. He is scheduled to return to court on September 22.

Mickayla M. Palmer of Clover Road, 17, is charged with disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property. Her next court date is September 29.

Aaron J. Turcotte of County Road H, 21, is charged with theft. He is scheduled to return to court on September 29.
