Langlade County criminal court activity 08.06.2014. Judge ordered jail terms for a few unpaid fines and new charges were filed.

Katherine L. Calhoun of Clermont Street, 26, was ordered to serve a ten day jail term for unpaid fine for disorderly conduct.

Michael K. Fermanich of Bryant, 18, was ordered to serve sixty days in jail for unpaid fines for possessing marijuana, disorderly conduct, speeding and operating a motor vehicle without insurance.

Jacob J. Leiterman of Crandon, 20, received a 40 day jail sentence for failing to pay fines for possessing hazardous substance with the intent to abuse and possessing drug paraphernalia.

Devon W. Martin of Rhinelander, 24, received a 40 day jail term for failing to pay a fine for resisting or obstructing an officer.

Edward A. Schlicht of Graysake Illinois, 54, was ordered to serve a ten day jail sentence for failing to pay a fine for possessing marijuana.

Paul R. Zeise of Gillett, 29, was ordered to serve 60 days in jail for failing to pay fines for operating while revoked and failing to install or tampering with an ignition interlock device.



New charges filed today:

Jennifer L. Spiegl of Tenth Avenue, 39, is charged with nine counts of forgery and six counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. The incidents occurred on July 1, 2014. Her initial appearance was today. $1,000 cash was paid. She is set to return to court on August 11.

Vicki L. Dobratz, 59, is charged with extradition. An initial appearance is scheduled for August 11.
