Jessica M. Matucheski of Fifth Avenue, 22, received one year deferred judgment for battery. She was also fined $100 plus court costs for disorderly conduct.
Lee V. Bell of Irving Street, 43, received a reduction in bond from $10,000 cash to $7,500 cash. He is charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of firearm by felon, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
New charges filed today:
Sheila A. Davis of Lincoln Street, 46, is charged with misdemeanor bail jumping. A $500 cash bond was set. An initial appearance is scheduled for August 4.
Richard J. Schacht of South Park Street, 35, is charged with operating while intoxicated third offense. He received a $1,000 signature bond. An initial appearance is set for August 26.
