Derek L. Bellomy of Crandon, 20, was sentenced to ten days jail for possession of marijuana. His time has already been served. He was also fined $100 plus costs. If he remains trouble free, he may request expungement after one year.
Craig A. Thunder of Neopit, 27, received 30 months probation for possession with intent to deliver narcotics. He must undergo alcohol or drug assesssment with follow through. A charge of possession with intent to deliver cocaine was dismissed.
Carrie L. Mueller of Deleglise Street, 39, was sentenced to seven months jail for a probation revocation for theft.
