Patrick J. Aird of Tenth Avenue, 63, received six months deferred prosecution for disorderly conduct.
New charges filed today:
Andrew D. Gibney of Carley Road, 21, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine as a repeater. An initial appearance is scheduled for July 28.
Cody J. Menting of Wilson Road, 22, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine as a repeater. His next court date is July 28.
Brittany M. Schroeder of Dorr Street, 23, is charged with felony bail jumping and retail theft retaining possession. The offenses occurred on April 5. A warrant is out for her arrest.
Thomas J. Brand of Seventh Avenue, 25, is charged with disorderly conduct as a repeater. His next court date is July 28.
