Langlade County criminal court activity for 07.09.2014.
Joseph A. Kaquatosh of Neopit, 22, failed to appear in court on charges of possession of narcotic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.
Brian L. Randall of Crandon, 22, failed to appear in court on charges of felony bail jumping and possession of marijuana. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.
Laurie A. Hoernke of Second Avenue, 52, received one year deferred judgment on an amended charge of disorderly conduct. She was fined $50 plus costs.
Terry L. Hoernke of Second Avenue, 43, received a one year deferred judgment on an amended charge of disorderly conduct. He was fined $50 plus costs.
Thomas J. Brand of Clermont Street, 25, failed to appear in court on a charge of disorderly conduct domestic abuse as a repeater. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.
Patricia R. Gilbert of Pelican Lake, 56, received one year deferred judgment for resisting or obstructing an officer. A charge of second degree recklessly endangering safety was dismissed.
New cases filed today:
Tina M. Klemp of Seventh Avenue, 40, is charged with strangulation and suffocation, battery and disorderly conduct. The incidents occurred on June 26.
Robert A. Stanley of Milton Street, 25, is charged with battery domestic abuse, which happened on June 8. An initial appearance is set for July 14.
