Langlade County criminal court activity 07.07.2015.

Christopher Wensel, 30, of Lincoln Street failed to appear in court for a charge of driving or operating vehicle without consent. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Jerry W. Meade, 57, of North Superior Street was sentenced to 125 days jail for operating while intoxicated third offense. He was also fined $2,135. His drivers license was revoked for 27 months. He must install an ignition interlock device in his vehicle for one year. Credit for 86 days of time already served will be deducted. He must undergo alcohol or drug assessment. A one year probation term was also ordered for possession of THC as a repeater and misdemeanor bail jumping.

Miguel Blanco-Martinez, 19, of South Superior Street was fined $100 plus costs for an amended charge of driving without a valid license.

Dieck R. Johnson, 45, of Wabeno received a $500 signature bond for a charge of operating while revoked. His next court date is August 18.

Trent A. Kroening, 36, of Owen was fined $100 plus costs for operating after revocation and fined $150 plus costs for failing to install an ignition interlock device.



New charges filed today:

Andrew D. Schroeder, 35, of South Hudson Street, is charged with theft. The incident happened on April 14. An initial appearance is scheduled for August 10.

Thomas D. Pelky, 17, of Irving Street, is charged with possession of an illegally obtained prescription. A court appearance is set for August 17.

Joshua D. Micke, 33, of White Lake, is charged with criminal damage to property. The incident occurred on April 2. An initial appearance is scheduled for July 8.

Michelle L. Marten, 45, of South Clermont Street, is charged with retail theft, which happened on July 2. A $200 bond was paid. Her initial appearance is set for July 13.

Tyler A. Marco, 22, of Fifth Avenue, is charged with fourth degree sexual assault domestic abuse. The offense occurred on July 4. An initial appearance is scheduled for August 3.

Jamie L. Kolpack, 36, of Polar, is charged with theft. The incident happened on June 13. Her initial appearance is set for August 10.

Andrew D. Schroeder, 35, of South Hudson, is charged with theft by false representation. The incident occurred on April 13. An initial appearance is scheduled for August 10.
