Langlade County criminal court activity 06.25.2014

Some jail sentences were given, probation terms, warrant authorized & a new charge filed.

Ashleigh P. Kinney of Hogan Street, 28, was sentenced to two years probation for two counts of felony bail jumping. A burglary charge was dismissed. She must pay restitution and attend alcohol or drug assessment with follow through.

Jason R. Bauknecht of Bryant, 25, was sentenced to serve 60 days in jail and two years probation for felony bail jumping and manufacturing or delivering non-narcotics. Other charges were dismissed, including possession of methamphetamine. He must also attend alcohol or drug assessment with follow through.

Brittany L. Krause of Elm Street, 30, was ordered to serve 30 days in jail and two years probation for two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping, possession of marijuana, possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Justin H. McAbee-Jensen of Fifth Avenue, 24, must serve 20 days in jail and one year probation for misdemeanor bail jumping. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through.

Larry M. Urick, 25, with a Pickerel address on this court record, failed to appear for four separate cases. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Makayla J. Schultz of Huggins Road, 19, was fined $100 plus costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.

New charges filed today:

Larry M. Urick of Green Bay, 25, is charged with two counts of felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct, all as a repeater.
