Langlade County criminal court activity for 06.24.2014

William R. Miller of White Lake, 49, was fined $100 plus costs for disorderly conduct. The charge was amended from domestic abuse.

George A. Packard of Mapleview Road, 49, was ordered to pay court costs for resisting or obstructing an officer.

Jason L. Braun of County Road HH, 38, was sentenced to six months probation for an amended charge of disorderly conduct.

Brandon S. Poltrock of Superior Street, 27, was sentenced to 10 months in jail for a probation revocation on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. He will be credited for 195 days of time already served.

New charges filed today:

Mary M. Yarie of Trout Road, 48, is charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse. A $150 cash bond was posted. An initial appearance is set for July 7.

Dennis G. Nicholson of North Superior Street, 37, is charged with operating while revoked, which occurred on June 17. A $250 bond was posted. An initial appearance is set for July 15.

Larry M. Urick of Sixth Avenue, 25, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and felony bail jumping, which occurred on June 16. An initial appearance is scheduled for June 25.

Andrew S. Wildman of Mary Street, 30, is charged with strangulation and suffocation and disorderly conduct domestic abuse. A $1,000 cash bond was paid. He is set to return to court on July 7.

Beau T. Bostwick of Lily, 18, is charged with two counts of second degree sexual assault of child. The offenses occurred on June 1. An initial appearance is scheduled for July 21.

Robert M. Archer of Elcho, 38, is charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse, which occurred on June 12. An initial appearance is set for June 30.
