Langlade County criminal court activity for 06.23.2014

LeAnna M. Grace of Mary Street, 17, was released on $500 signature bond for charges of burglary into a building or dwelling and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her next court date is August 11.

Justin C. Jeter of Lincoln Street, 24, had bond set at $500 cash for charges of burglary into a building or dwelling and misdemeanor bail jumping. He is scheduled to return to court on August 4.

Ryan K. Juech of Wausau, 22, received a $5,000 signature bond for three counts of second degree sexual assault of a child. Conditions of bond include no contact with the victims and no unsupervised contact with minor females. His next court date is August 4.

Zachary M. Moore of Summit Lake, 22, failed to appear on a charge of theft of video service. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

David A. Smith Jr. of Wausau, 17, received a $1,000 signature bond for charges of causing a child under age 13 to view or listen to a sex act, causing a child age 13 to 18 to view sex activity and two counts of exposing genitals to a child. Conditions of bond include no contact with victim and no unsupervised contact with minor children. He is scheduled to return to court on August 4.

Cory E. Myers of Edison Street, 27, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and four year probation for endangering safety by reckless use of a firearm and criminal damage to property. Two additional counts of criminal damage to property were dismissed in a plea agreement.

New charges filed today:

Shannon L. Maddix of White Lake, 47, is charged with second degree sexual assault of child, false imprisonment and registered sex offender intentionally photograph a minor without consent. A status conference is set for July 14.

Jason R. Bauknecht of Highway 45, 25, is charged with two counts of felony bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia. His next court date is June 25.

Thomas H. Klitzka of Rhinelander, 38, is charged with possession of synthetic cannabinoid. He is set to return to court on August 4.

Dale R. Bauknecht of Highway 45, 55, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled for a status conference on July 28.

Jason A. Hartman of Marinette, 27, is charged with operating while revoked, resisting or obstructing an officer and possession of marijuana. His next court date is August 4.

Shawn C. Geis of Fredonia, 32, is charged with knowingly violating a domestic abuse order injunction.
