Langlade County criminal court activity 06.22.2015

Angel M. Deverney, 18, of Crandon, posted $1,000 cash bond for charges of operating with restricted controlled substance first offense with a passenger and possession of marijuana. She had previously posted $600 cash, which was forfeited due to non-appearance. Her next court date is set for July 13.

Jennifer S. Drexler, 37, of Mary Street, was fined $100 plus costs for an amended charge of disorderly conduct. She had orginially been charged with resisting or obstructing an officer.

Jennifer E. Johnson, 30, of Suring failed to appear for nine counts of retail theft. A warrant with $500 bond was authorized.

Bobbie J. Tepiew, 18, of Neopit failed to appear in court for a charge of retail theft. A warrant with $250 bond was authorized for her arrest.



New charges filed today:

Samuel DeBroux, 20, of Fred Street, is charged with possess with intent to deliver THC and possess drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to return to court on July 13.

Joseph J. Poupart, 27, of Crandon, is charged with operating without a valid license second offense within three years and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. His next court date is July 27.

Dylan M. Seis, 23, of Clermont Street, is charged with theft as a repeater. The incident occurred on June 18. He is scheduled to return to court on July 27.
