Timothy L. Teetzen of Shawano, 46, had a cash bond set at $850 for operating while intoxicated third offense and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration third offense. His next court date is July 15.
Michael A. Delcore of Chicago Illinois, 25, was sentenced to 90 days in jail and two years probation for felony bail jumping and resisting or obstructing an officer. A charge of possession with intent to deliver marijuana was dismissed in the plea agreement. He will receive credit for 30 days of jail time already served.
Bernard E. Gauthier of Suring, 51, was sentenced to 200 days in jail for operating while intoxicated fourth offense with passenger under the age of 16. He was fined $2,135. His drivers license is revoked for 48 months. He must undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through and install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for one year.
David J. Batiste Jr. of Oneida, 44, was ordered to serve five months in jail due to a probation revocation for disorderly conduct and criminal damage to property.
Joshua J. Raunio of County Road AA, 28, was ordered to serve eight months in jail for probation revocation for battery. A deferred judgment was extended for one year for false imprisonment. In a separate case he was sentenced to three years probation for felony bail jumping and two years probation for battery domestic abuse. The terms run concurrent. He must attend domestic abuse counseling.
Anthony Rychtik of Fifth Avenue, 47, was sentenced to time served of 98 days on a probation revocation for resisting or obstructing an officer.
Todd A. Queen of Wabeno, 20, was fined $50 plus costs with expungement after one year for possession of marijuana. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
