Langlade County criminal court activity for 06.11.2014.

Daniel R. Bernau of Neff Switch Road, 29, was sentenced to 45 days in jail for a third offense of operating while intoxicated. He was fined $1,709 and his drivers license revoked for 24 months. He must also install an ignition interlock device in his vehicle for one year. Alcohol or drug abuse assessment must also be completed.

Joshua M. Davids of Lincoln Street, 37, was sentenced to 15 days jail and one year probation for misdemeanor bail jumping. He also received one year probation for disorderly conduct and 18 months probation for intimidating a victim. Court costs and counseling were also ordered.

Robert R. Shelley of Neva Road, 40, received one year deferred prosecution for disorderly conduct domestic abuse.

New charges filed today:

Perry J. Henke of County Road W, 42, is charged with vehicle operator flee/elude officer, first degree recklessly endangering safety and resisting or obstructing an officer. His next court appearance is set for June 16.

Kole T. Packard of Neenah, 20, is charged with operating while revoked, which occurred on May 24.

Cristen L. Roberts of Pickerel, 22, is charged with operating while revoked. The incident happened on May 13.
