Langlade County criminal court activity 06.10.2015.

Carrie L. Mueller, 40, of Seventh Avenue, received a two year deferred judgment for burglary, abandonment of child, and felony bail jumping. A one year probation term was ordered for neglecting a child and misdemeanor bail jumping. One count of felony bail jumping was dismissed.

James M. Pelky, 27, of Byrne Street, received a two year deferred judgment for felony bail jumping. He was sentenced to two years probation for possession of narcotic drugs, felony bail jumping theft and criminal damage to property. He must $2,468.19 in restitution. Charges of felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct were dismissed.

Brandon E. Jensen, 21, of Fifth Avenue, was sentenced to 90 days jail and two years probation for having sex with child age 16 or older, exposing genitals to child and child enticement. A four year deferred judgment was ordered for incest with a child.

New charges filed today:

Pamela A. Smith, 56, of Dorr Street is charged with retail theft. The incident occurred on May 23. An initial appearance is set for July 6.

Stephen S. Coley, 25, of South Superior Street, is charged with resisting or obstructing an officer as a repeater. His next court appearance is set for June 29.

Paulita M. Sedillo, 25, of South Superior Street is charged with resisting or obstructing an officer and neglecting a child. She is scheduled to return to court on June 29.
