Langlade County criminal court activity 06.09.2014

Bonds were set, warrants issued and new charges filed.

Shelbie Klopp of Highway 45 South, 22, had $150 cash bond forfeited at a hearing today. A warrant remains for her arrest. She is charged with felony bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Keith B. Munger of Center Street, 24, received a $500 signature bond for charges of possession of marijuana as a second or greater offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. His next court date is set for July 7.

Elizabeth A. Osuch of Suring, 36, received a $1,000 signature bond for two counts of theft. She is scheduled to return to court on July 21.

Anitra L. Pemma of Wabeno, 29, had bond lowered from $2,500 down to $1,500 cash. She is charged with operating while intoxicated fourth offense within five years and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration fourth offense. Her next court date is June 16.

Jennifer Spiegl of Deleglise Street, 39, failed to appear in court for a theft charge. A body only warrant was authorized for her arrest.

Aaron J. Bostwick of Fifth Avenue, 18, failed to appear in court for six counts of theft. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Charges filed on Thursday June 5:

Andrew D. Guenthner of Forrest Avenue, 19, was charged with felony bail jumping, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $750 cash bond. An adjourned initial appearance is set for July 7.

Joshua M. Davids of Lincoln Street, 37, was charged with intimidating a victim, misdemeanor bail jumping and felony bail jumping. The incidents occurred on May 31. An initial appearance is scheduled for June 11.

Michael P. Gibney of West Fifth Avenue, 24, was charged with endangering safety by reckless use of a firearm and five counts of criminal damage to property. The offenses date back to November of last year. An initial appearance is set for June 30.

Farrell A. Katanik of Sherry Road, 60, was charged with intimidating a victim and disorderly conduct domestic abuse, which occurred on May 5. An initial appearance is set for June 16.

Paul J. Knitt of Marion, 43, was charged with operating while intoxicated third offense and operating while revoked. He was released on $1,000 cash bond. He is scheduled to return to court on July 7.

Jerry E. Baty of Russellville Arkansas, 43, was charged with operating while intoxicated third offense and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration. The incidents occurred on May 2. An initial appearance is set for September 9.

Charges filed on Friday, June 6:

Danna M. Emerich of White Lake, 44, was charged with possession of narcotic drugs. An initial appearance is scheduled for June 17.

Joseph D. Hull of Shawano, 32, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia as a repeater. His next court date is July 7.

Joaquina Arcos-Lopez of Forrest Avenue, 29, was charged with operating without a valid license second offense within three years, which occurred on May 18. An initial appearance is set for June 17.

Tiburcio Martinez Genis of Seventh Avenue, 36, was charged with operating while revoked, which happened on May 18. An initial appearance is scheduled for June 17.

New charges filed today, Monday June 9:

Heather A. Kemp of South Superior Street, 24, is charged with possession of methamphetamine. The incident occurred on February 5. An initial appearance is set for June 30.

Zachary T. Pomar of Green Bay, 22, is charged with possession of marijuana as a second or greater offense and felony bail jumping.
