Jason A. Waller of Lincoln Street, 35, received a deferred judgment for three years for possession of narcotic drugs. In a separate case, he was sentenced to five months jail and three years probation for child abuse. He was also sentenced to two years probation for disorderly conduct, which runs concurrent. He must go to alcohol and drug assessment with follow through, domestic abuse counseling and anger management counseling.

Jordon M. Briggs of Deleglise Street, 21, was fined $100 plus costs for possession of marijuana. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Bradley J. Stanley of Pearson, 22, received a sentence of one year probation for taking and driving a vehicle without consent.

Benjamin C. Rugotska of Townsend, 29, was sentenced to one year probation for possession of marijuana as a second or greater offense. A second charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Kenya S. Smart of Milwaukee, 26, had bond lowered from $1,000 cash down to $1,000 signature for charges of operating while revoked, failing to install or tampering with ignition interlock device and felony bail jumping. She is scheduled to return to court on June 16.

Robert A. Turcotte of Freiburger Avenue, 50, received one year probation for an amended charge of disorderly conduct as a repeater. A domestic abuse enhancer was dropped in a plea agreement. He must go through alcohol and drug assessment with follow through.

New charges filed today:

Donald J. Bricko of Sixth Avenue, 67, is charged with possession of marijuana as a second or greater offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. The offenses date back to April 25. An initial appearance is set for June 30.
