Langlade County criminal court activity 06.03.2014

Brocklyn J. Marten of Pearson, 34, received a $500 signature bond for charges of operating while revoked and tampering with or failing to install an ignition interlock device. He is scheduled to return to court on July 29.

Ryan Paul Resch of West First Avenue, 22, was released on a $900 cash bond for charges of misdemeanor bail jumping, operating while intoxicated as a second offense, tampering with or failing to install an ignition interlock device and operating while revoked. As a condition of bond, he is not to consume alcohol and not be in taverns.

New charges filed today:

Forrest D. Woodward of White Lake, 19, is charged with two counts of manufacturing or delivering marijuana. The incidents occurred in early May. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

James M. Pavek of Bryant, 38, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, which happened on May 4. An initial appearance is scheduled for June 30.

Arthur J. Smith of Caddott, 62, is charged with theft (attempted), which occurred on May 5. An initial appearance is set for June 16.

Jacob P. Wurtinger of Plattsburg Street, 20, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, which happened on May 19. An initial appearance is scheduled for June 30.

Matthew T. Curtis of Maple Street, 28, is charged with operating while revoked. The incident occurred on May 1.
