New charges filed today:
Matthew L. Nickolai, 34, of Graham Avenue, is charged with manufacturing or delivering marijuana, possession of marijuana second or subsequent offense and possession of drug paraphernalia, all as a repeater. The incidents occurred on May 27.
Chelsea D. Fleischman, 22, of Center Street, is charged with misdemeanor bail jumping, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. The offenses happened on May 27.
Christopher M. Oshkeshequoam, 27, of Clermont Street, is charged with disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer, both as a repeater. The offense dates are May 25.
Shade L. Kennicker, 21, of Tenth Avenue, is charged with disorderly conduct, which happened on May 26.
Megan N. Counter, 30, of Shawano, is charged with two counts theft. The offenses occurred in April and May.
Steven L. Leider, 23, of County Road Y, is charged with operating while revoked, which happened on May 24. His court date is set for June 23.
Jared W. Racine, 28, of Berner Street, is charged with operating while intoxicated second offense. The incident occurred on May 25. A court date is set for July 7.
Dakota J. Kiper, 20, of Graham Avenue, is charged with operating while revoked. The offense date is May 19. A court date is scheduled for June 23.
