Langlade County criminal court activity 05.27.2014

Ramsey J. Brigham of Elcho, 29, received one year deferred judgment to an amended charge of disorderly conduct as a repeater. He was originally charged with battery as a repeater.

Joseph A. Haydon of Rhinelander, 32, received an amended charge to simple possession of marijuana which was originally possession with intent to deliver marijuana. He is also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and operating after revocation. He pleaded guilty to all. A sentencing hearing is set for September 19.

New charges filed today:

Thomas G. Schuh of Appleton, 48, is charged with operating while intoxicated as a fourth offense within five years, operating while revoked and tampering with or failing to install an ignition interlock device. His next court date is scheduled for June 9.

Terry James Koeller of Wausau Road, 30, is charged with lewd, lascivious behavior-exposure and disorderly conduct. An adjourned initial appearance is set for June 23.

Amanda L. Howard of Sixth Avenue, 27, is charged with misdemeanor bail jumping. She is scheduled to return to court on June 23.

Peter J. Spencer of Sixth Avenue, 28, is charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse as a repeater and misdemeanor bail jumping as a repeater. His next court date is June 23.

Erika D. McMorris of Sixth Avenue, 37, is charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse. She is scheduled to return to court on June 23.

Alexander J. Schreiber of Graham Avenue, 19, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor bail jumping. A $1,000 signature bond was set during his initial appearance. His next court date is set for June 23.
