Langlade County criminal court activity 05.22.2014

A few warrants were authorized, a few cases resolved and some new charges were filed today.

Cassondra N. Krusensterna of Crandon, 18, failed to appear in court on charges of possession of narcotic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. A warrant will be authorized if no contact is made by the end of the business day today.

Dwayne M. Gresser of Summit Lake, 39, was sentenced to serve 60 days in jail and two years probation for manufacturing or delivering marijuana. A two year probation term was also ordered for possession of drug paraphernalia and runs concurrent with the first charge. A third charge of possessing an illegally obtained prescription was dismissed.

Jeffrey C. Bloom of Virginia Street, 28, failed to appear in court for charges of operating while intoxicated as a third offense, operating while revoked and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration as a third offense. A warrant was authorized for his arrest. A bond forfeiture hearing will be held on June 23.

Deearl R. Wynter of Clermont Street, 39, was sentenced to one year probation for an amended charge of possession of marijuana. The original charge was possession with intent to deliver marijuana. A second charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

New charges filed today:

Dylan L. Bruch of Clermont Street, 19, is charged with possession with intent to deliver prescriptions, manufacturing or delivering marijuana and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping. The offenses occurred in April and May. His bond is currently set at $1,000 cash. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for May 27.

Ryan K. Juech of Wausau, 22, is charged with three counts of second degree sexual assault of a child. The incidents happened in June and July of last year. An initial appearance is set for June 23.
