Langlade County criminal court activity 05.12.2015.

LeAnna M. Grace, 18, of Fifth Avenue, was ordered to serve a two year probation term on a burglary conviction during a revocation hearing. She must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment, attend counseling and pay restitution of $500. A thirty day jail term was already served for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Troy R. Cotter, 28, of Elcho, was fined $100 plus court costs for resisting or obstructing an officer. A charge of operating while revoked was dismissed.

Tammy R. Jackson, 42, of Pearson, received a $500 signature bond for charges of operating while revoked and misdemeanor bail jumping. Conditions of bond include no use of alcohol. Her next court date is June 29.

Rikki L. Sawlsville, 26, of Kaukauna, received a $500 signature bond for a charge of operating while revoked. She is scheduled to return to court on June 23.



New charges filed today:

Jim P. Jackan, 36, of Weston, is charged with burglary into a building or dwelling and criminal damage to property, both as a repeater. The incidents occurred on May 2. An initial appearance is scheduled for June 15.

Zeth A. Ashton, 19, of Arctic Street, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia as a repeater. A court appearance is scheduled for June 1.

Blake A. Adler, 18, of Crandon, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, which happened on April 27.

Dustin A. Bricko, 21, of Ninth Avenue, is charged with possession of marijuana. The offense date was April 21. An initial appearance is set for June 8.

Makayla A. Lahr, 19, of Moose Lake Road, is charged with criminal damage to property. The incident occurred on March 1. Her initial appearance is scheduled for June 8.

Bartek Pstragowski, 29, of Deerbrook, is charged with theft as a repeater. The incident happened on April 17. An initial appearance is scheduled for June 8.
