Brooke R. Behm, 32, of Riverside Road, received a one year deferred prosecution for possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges of possessing narcotic drugs and an illegally obtained prescription were dismissed.
Romeao M. Cavitt, 37, of Lincoln Street, was sentenced to three years probation for possession of narcotic drugs. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment and pay court costs.
Michael R. Nelson, 40, of Merrill, received a two year probation term for forgery with a one year term for possessing drug paraphernalia. The terms run concurrent. He must also pay court costs and restitution. A misdemeanor bail jumping charge was dismissed.
New charges filed today:
Zackery J. Frazier, 29, of Deerbrook, is charged with disorderly conduct. He is scheduled to appear in court on May 18.
Christopher J. Wynos, 26, of Cecil, is charged with possession of marijuana as a repeater. His next court date is June 8.
Nathaniel D. Palmer, 22, of Plover, is charged with disorderly conduct with use of a dangerous weapon. The incident occurred on April 13.
Eric R. Souza Jr., 31, of Lincoln Street, is charged with disorderly conduct. The incident happened on April 18.
Brandon S. Fredericks, 38, of South Hudson Street, is charged with issuing worthless checks, which occurred on January 5.
