Lisa L. Pritchett, 46, of Graham Avenue, was fined $100 plus costs for resisting or obstructing an officer.

Anthony J. Flasch, 29, of North Avenue, remains jailed with a $4,000 cash bond. A bond reduction was denied. Conditions of bond include no possession of sudafed in any form. He is charged with felony bail jumping, manufacturing or delivering amphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and purchasing pseudoephedrine for another with intent to facilitate another person's manufacture of meth.

Cole W. Karnitz, 30, of Bryant, received sentences for multiple cases. He was fined $150 plus costs for failing to install or tampering with an ignition interlock device.

For operating while intoxicated fourth offense within five years he was sentenced to six months jail, three years probation, alcohol assessment, two years drivers license revocation, one year ignition interlock device and fines $2,542. He was fined $150 plus costs for misdemeanor bail jumping. A twenty day jail term consecutive to other terms with two years probation for operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration fourth offense within five years.

For an amended charge of operating while intoxicated fifth offense, he was sentenced to one year jail (consecutive to other terms), three years probation, $2,542 fine, three years driver license revocation, one year ignition interlock device and alcohol assessment. A three year probation term was ordered for felony bail jumping.

In two additional cases, he was sentenced to three years probation for felony bail jumping.

Charges which were dismissed include felony bail jumping, operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration fourth offense within five years, failing to install or tampering with ignition interlock device and operating while revoked.



New charges filed today:

Matthew C. Fell, 24, of Pearl Avenue, is charged with burglary into a building or dwelling, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct. His next court date is June 1.

Cory J. Fazekas, 22, of Neva Road, is charged with retail theft, as a repeater. He is scheduled to return to court on May 11.

Michael J. Turcotte, 23, of First Avenue, is charged with operating while revoked and failing to install or tampering with an ignition interlock device. His next court date is May 11.
