Quintin J. Armbrust, 23, of County Road F, received a bond reduction from $1,000 cash to $750 cash for charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, maintaining a drug trafficking place and possession of drug paraphernalia. His next court date is June 1.

Kurt L. Drexler, 35, of Elcho, failed to appear in court for charges of sex registry violation and sex offender using a different name. A warrant with $2,000 bond was authorized for his arrest.

Jesse P. Schwegman, 42, of Green Bay, received a $1,000 signature bond for charges of manufacturing or delivering marijuana and manufacturing or delivering psilocin. His next court date is June 1.

Sonya L. Marsh, 44, of Charlotte Street, was fined $50 plus costs for an amended county ordinance charge of disorderly conduct.

James R. McKellep, 50, of Hatley, failed to appear in court on a charge of issuing worthless checks. A warrant with $1,000 bond was authorized for his arrest.

Tyler Z. Steckbauer, 20, of Neva Road, received a $1,000 signature bond for charges of manufacturing or delivering amphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to return to court on May 18.

Josh B. Spencer, 32, of Eighth Avenue, was sentenced to 60 days jail and three years probation for operating while intoxicated fourth offense. He was fined $3,445. His drivers license was revoked for three years. He must install an ignition interlock device on his vehicle for one year. He was also ordered to attend alcohol assessment.

Joshua J. Paff, 24, of Deresch Street, was ordered to serve two years probation for child abuse recklessly causing harm. A one year probation term was also ordered for disorderly conduct. The terms run concurrent.



New charges filed today:

Jose M. Ramos, 39, of Phlox, is charged with operating while revoked. The offense occurred on April 25.

Katherine A. Fittante, 63 of Highway D, is charged with operating while revoked. The incident happened on April 11.

Tammy R. Jackson, 42, of Pearson, is charged with operating while revoked and misdemeanor bail jumping. The offenses occurred on March 17. An initial appearance is set for May 12.

Tyler R. Blahnik, 23, of Elm Street, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, which occurred on April 15. An initial appearance is scheduled for May 11.

Micayla M. Palmer, 17, of Bryant, is charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse threat and misdemeanor bail jumping. Her initial appearance is scheduled for May 4.

Colton J. Hancock, 31, of Marquette, is charged with four counts of taking and driving a vehicle without consent, two counts of burglary into a building or dwelling, receiving stolen property and possessing a short-barreled shotgun/rifle. The incidents happened on March 14.

Lisa J. Patten, 37, of Marquette, is charged with four counts of taking and driving a vehicle without consent, two counts of burglary into a building or dwelling, receiving stolen property and possessing a short-barreled shotgun/rifle.

Casey A. Pelzak, 25, of Dorr Street, is charged with theft and nine counts of forgery. The offenses took place on February 25. His initial appearance is scheduled for June 1.

Fernando Martinez-Diaz, 27, of Dorr Street, is charged with operating without a valid license third offense within three years and felony bail jumping. The incidents occurred on April 25. A $1,000 bond was paid. His next court date is May 4.
