Langlade County criminal court activity 04.21.2014

Some new cases were filed today, warrants authorized and bonds set.

Harley M. Tarpley of White Lake, 21, was sentenced to one year probation and $340 in restitution for disorderly conduct domestic abuse as a repeater.

Derek L. Bellomy of Crandon, 20, had his bond reduced from $1,000 cash to $1,000 signature for charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He entered pleas of not guilty. His next court date is July 25.

Brian L. Randall of Crandon, 22, had his bond reduced from $1,000 cash to $500 cash on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana and two counts of felony bail jumping. He is scheduled to return to court on June 2.

Todd M. Brass of Elcho, 25, had bond set at $450 cash for charges of disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. The incident occurred on March 22. Conditions of bond are no use of alcohol and no violent contact with the victim. His next court date is set for May 19.

Kali R. Henry of Bowler, 21, failed to appear in court for retail theft. An arrest warrant was issued with $100 bond.

Clifford A. Kwick of Wilson Road, 51, failed to appear in court for possession of marijuana as a second or greater offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. A body only arrest warrant was authorized.

Deearl R. Wynter of Clermont Street, 39, received $1,000 signature bond for charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to return to court on June 2.

New cases filed today:

Joshua T. Zarda of Shawano, 27, was charged with felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct. His initial appearance was today. A status conference is scheduled for June 2.

Steven L. Leider of County Road HH, 22, was charged with resisting or obstructing an officer, possessing drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphethamine, possession of marijuana as a second or greater offense, two counts of possessing narcotic drugs and possession of methamphetamine. The incident occurred on Friday, April 18. His initial appearance was today. He is set to return to court on June 2.

Kevin J. Husnick of South Hudson Street, 31, was charged with felony bail jumping, possessing drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine, two counts of possessing narcotic drugs and possession of marijuana. The incident happened on Friday, April 18. His bond has been set at $5,000 cash. His next court date is scheduled for May 12.

Arthur R. Bostwick of Pine Street, 64, was charged with operating while intoxicated as a fifth or sixth offense. He paid $1,000 for bond. His next court date is set for June 2.

Brandon S. Poltrock of Superior Street, 27, was charged with forgery-uttering, which occurred in January. He is scheduled for an initial appearance on April 28.

Alexandra D. Caudell of Sixth Avenue, 22, was charged misdemeanor bail jumping, operating while revoke and failing to install or tampering with an ignition interlock device. Her next court date is May 19.

Robert Eugene Hawn of Sixth Avenue, 39, was charged with disorderly conduct, domestic abuse. His next court date is set for May 19.

Laurie A. Hoernke of Second Avenue, 51, was charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse. She paid $150 for bond. She is scheduled to return to court on April 28.

Terry L. Hoernke of Second Avenue, 42, was charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse. He also paid $150 for bond and is scheduled to return to court on April 28.
