Langlade County criminal court activity 04.13.2015.

Eric M. Leavitt, 29, of Sixth Avenue, failed to appear in court on charges of battery as a repeater and disorderly conduct repeater. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Omar I. Luera, 23, of Antigo, had bond set at $25,000 cash for charges of exposing child to harmful material, second degree sexual assault of child and using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime. Conditions of bond include no contact with minor females. He will return to court on May 18.

Michael Maksutoski, 16, of Deerbrook, received a $1,000 signature bond for a charge of violating absolute sobriety with a passenger under age 16. His next court date is June 4.

Joshua J. Raunio, 29, of First Avenue, failed to appear in court on a charge of felony bail jumping. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

Kevin L. Schmidt, 51, of Antigo, was fined $100 plus court costs for disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to one year probation for misdemeanor bail jumping. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment with counseling.

New charges filed today:

Sonya L. Marsh, 44, of Charlotte Street, is charged with disorderly conduct. $150 bond was paid. Her next court date is April 27.

Jerry W. Meade, 56, of Neva Road, is charged with operating while intoxicated third offense and misdemeanor bail jumping repeater. He is scheduled to return to court on April 27.
