Langlade County criminal court activity 04.11.2014

Another bath salts case was resolved, a prison sentence ordered for OWI, warrants issued and new cases filed.

Ashley P. Kinney of Deleglise Street, 27, was sentenced to 3 months in jail and 2 years probation for distributing a hazardous substance with abuse known (bath salts) as a second or greater offense. A second count of the same charge was dismissed.

Timothy L. Miller of Elm Street, 47, was ordered to serve 3 years in prison with 3 years of extended supervision for operating while intoxicated as a 7th, 8th or 9th offense. Charges of operating while revoked and operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration were dismissed.

Bryan C. Alloway of Clermont Street, 31, was not present for a bond forfeiture hearing on charges of possession of narcotic drugs and marijuana. A warrant for his arrest remains. Records indicate that Alloway is currently in custody of Marathon County jail.

Bradley J. Stanley of Pearson, 21, failed to appear in court for a charge of taking and driving a vehicle without consent. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

William A. Heckenberry of Crestwood Road, 44, failed to appear in court for charges of possessing an illegally obtained prescription and possessing drug paraphernalia. A body only warrant was authorized for his arrest.

New charges filed today:

Todd M. Brass of Elcho, 25, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer, which occurred on March 22.

Carlos Jimenez of Schofield, 32, was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and operating without a valid license as a third or greater offense within three years. The charges date to March 14.

Ryan Paul Resch of West First Avenue, 21, was charged with operating while revoked and failing to install or tampering with an ignition interlock device. The incident occurred on March 21.

Ryan D. Greife of Deleglise Street, 28, was charged with operating while revoked, which happened on March 26.

Tera J. Powell of Pearson, 28, was charged with operating while revoked on March 7.

Alexandra R. Schlub of Bonduel, 23, was charged with operating while revoked on March 31.
