Criminal court activity for April 8, 2014. Two new cases filed today & a warrant authorized.
Cole W. Karnitz of Bryant, 29, received a $1000 signature bond for charges of failing to install or tampering with an ignition interlock device and operating while revoked. He must refrain from using alcohol as a condition of bond. He is scheduled to return to court on July 15.
William Wayne Rector of Bear Lake Road, 49, received a $1000 signature bond for a charge of operating while revoked. He is set to return to court on June 17.
Shelbie Klopp of Highway 45 South, 22, had a body only warrant authorized for her arrest on charges of felony bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia.
New charges filed today:
Jennifer Spiegl of Deleglise Street, 39, was charged with theft of movable property, which occurred on February 7. An initial appearance is scheduled for April 28.
Derek David Goplin of Balsam Street, 31, was charged with domestic disorderly conduct. The incident happened on February 20. An initial appearance is set for April 28.
