Langlade County criminal court activity 04.07.2015.

Timothy J. Piper, 35, of Fifth Avenue, was sentenced to one year probation for six counts of failing to support a child. A one year jail term was stayed as long as support remains current. Ten of the same counts were dismissed.

Matthew J. Howard, 24, of East Eighth Avenue, received a one year probation term for disorderly conduct repeater. He must also pay court costs and undergo alcohol or drug assessment.

Heather A. Kemp, 24, of South Superior Street, was sentenced to one year probation for possession of methamphetamine. She must undergo alcohol or drug assessment and pay court costs.

Liza M. Carlson, 31, of Wausau, received a $2,000 signature bond for charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, retail theft, possessing narcotic drugs and resisting or obstructing an officer. She will return to court on May 4.

Brett T. Grathen, 18, of De Pere, was sentenced to one year probation for possession of marijuana. Alcohol or drug assessment was also ordered. He must pay court costs. Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance were dismissed.

John A. Livingston Jr., 27, of Foxboro, was ordered to serve seven months in jail for probation revocation for convictions of misdemeanor bail jumping and retail theft.

Molly M. Rustick, 22, of Aniwa, was ordered to serve 60 days in jail and two years probation for manufacturing or delivering marijuana. Alcohol or drug assessment was also ordered. Charges of second degree recklessly endangering safety and possession of drug paraphernalia were dismissed.



New charges filed today:

Colton J. Hancock, 21, of Marquette, is charged with forgery and vehicle operator flee/elude officer. The incidents occurred on March 14.

Lisa J. Patten, 37, of Marquette, is charged with forgery, which also happened on March 14.

Omar I. Luera, 23, of Antigo, is charged with two counts of exposing a child to harmful material. The incidents occurred in December of 2014.

Tyler Z. Steckbauer, 20, of Neva Road, is charged with manufacturing or delivering amphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. The incidents happened on February 1, 2015.

Jesse P. Schwegman, 42, of Green Bay, is charged with manufacture or deliver marijuana second or subsequent offense and manufacture or deliver psilocin second or subsequent offense. The offenses occurred on December 6, 2014. An initial appearance is scheduled for April 27.

Crystal M. Dankert, 31, of Sixth Avenue, is charged with receiving or concealing stolen property, resisting or obstructing an officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor bail jumping and possession of marijuana. The stolen property charge dates back to August 29 of 2014. The remaining charges occurred on April 6, 2015. Her next court appearance is set for April 27.
