Katie J. Honzik, 22, of First Avenue, received a $500 signature bond for a charge of possessing a controlled substance. Her next court date is April 27.

Dustin J. Solin, 18, of Elm Street, was fined $50 plus court costs for an amended charge of disorderly conduct as a county ordinance.



New charges filed today:

Joshua J. Paff, 24, of Deresch Street, is charged with throwing or discharging bodily fluid at a public safety worker, resisting or obstructing an officer and felony bail jumping. The incidents occurred on Friday. He will return to court on April 8.

Cassie M. Smith, 28, of Lincoln Street, is charged with maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony bail jumping. The incidents happened on Friday. A $500 bond was paid.

John M. Frisch, 18, of Tenth Avenue, is charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and manufacturing or delivering prescription drug. The incidents occurred on Saturday. A $100 bond was paid.

Fernando Martinez-Diaz, 27, of Dorr Street, is charged with third degree sexual assault.

Daniel E. Rank, 32, of Lincoln Street, is charged with possession with intent to deliver marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and maintaining a drug trafficking place.

Eric M. Leavitt, 29, of Sixth Avenue, is charged with battery and disorderly conduct, both as a repeater. The incidents happened on March 30.

Joshua G. Piper, 18, of County Road F, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, which happened on March 18.

John R. Grassl, 22, of Wausau, is charged with disorderly conduct domestic abuse. The incident occurred on March 17. An initial appearance is set for April 27.

Cole L. Kuenzli, 23, of Bryant, is charged with disorderly conduct and operating while intoxicated second offense, which happened on Friday. A $650 bond was paid. An initial appearance is scheduled for April 20.
