Langlade County criminal court activity for Tuesday, April 1, 2014.
Peter C.E. Widucki of Laona, 19, was fined $50 plus costs for possession of marijuana. If he remains out of trouble for one year, the case may be expunged. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.
Roger J. Bricko of Martin Avenue, 64, was ordered to pay court costs for resisting or obstructing an officer.
Nicholas Roger Larsen of Deerbrook, 32, was sentenced to one year probation for possession of drug paraphernalia. He must undergo alcohol or drug assessment with follow through. He must also pay court costs.
Jacob T. Thorbahn of Weix Street, 19, was fined $100 plus court costs for possessing an illegally obtained prescription. The case will be expunged after one year if he remains out of trouble.
New cases that were filed today:
Jordon M. Briggs of Deleglise Street, 21, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The offense occurred on 03/31/2014. An initial appearance is scheduled for April 28.
Bobbi Jo M. Teske of Pearl Avenue, 21, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, which occurred on 03/31/2014. Her initial appearance is set for April 14.
