Langlade County criminal court activity 03.31.2014

Bonds were set, warrant authorized and also new charges filed today.

Robby L. Bessert of Aniwa, 36, received a $500 signature bond for a charge of theft in a business setting, less than $2,500. He can not have contact with Ace Equipment Company. He is scheduled to return to court on April 14.

Jeffrey C. Bloom of Virginia Street, 28, had bond set at $300 cash for a third offense of operating while intoxicated and operating while revoked. Conditions of his bond include no use of alcohol and no driving without a valid license. His next court date is set for April 2.

Michael Carroll of White Lake, 66, failed to appear on a charge of theft by false representation, amount less than $2,500. An arrest warrant with a bond amount of $200 was authorized.

Karrisa N. Korhonen of Crestwood Road, 19, had her bond set at $150 cash for a charge of disorderly conduct. She is scheduled to return to court on April 21.

Joshua I. Miller of Forrest Avenue, 28, received $1000 signature bond for charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor bail jumping. As a condition of bond, he must not use alcohol. His next court date is set for May 12.

Michael J. Turcotte of First Avenue, 23, remains jailed on $10,000 cash bond for charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, a second or greater offense of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to return to court on April 17.

Amanda M. Walrath of Field Street, 27, received a lowered bond amount of $1,000 cash for charges of manufacturing or delivering marijuana, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of an illegally obtained prescription. Her next court date is set for April 17.

New criminal charges filed today:

Clifford A. Kwick of Wilson Road, 51, was charged with possession of marijuana as a second or greater offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. The offenses occurred on 03/23/2014. His initial appearance is set for April 21.

Brandon Keith Shields of Second Avenue, 32, was charged with possession of marijuana as a second or greater offense, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor bail jumping. The offenses occurred on 03/08/2014. His initial appearance is set for April 14.

Joshua J. Raunio of County Road AA, 28, was charged with strangulation and suffocation, felony bail jumping, false imprisonment and battery. The offenses occurred on 03/29/2014. His next court date is set for May 5.

Larry M. Urick of Sixth Avenue, 25, was charged with felony bail jumping and disorderly conduct, which occurred on 03/27/2014. His next court date is set for May 5.

Tyler J. Bowers of Waunakee, 18, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, which occurred on 03/14/2014. His initial appearance is set for May 5.

Kenny Richard Eldridge of Graham Avenue, 43, was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting or obstructing an officer. The offenses occurred on 03/16/2014. His initial appearance is scheduled for April 7.

August D. Genz of Fifth Avenue, 45, was charged with criminal damage to property, which occurred on 02/28/2014. His initial appearance is set for April 14.

Scott R. Hamilton of Summit Lake, 47, was charged with disorderly conduct, which happened on 03/16/2014. He has an initial appearance scheduled for April 7.

Kali R. Henry of Bowler, 21, was charged with retail theft. The offense occurred on 10/14/2013. An initial appearance is set for April 21.

Sawyer M. Olson of Waunakee, 18, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, which occurred on 03/14/2014. An initial appearance is scheduled for May 5.

Lorene M. Pollitt of White Lake, 35, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The offense happened on 03/15/2014. An initial appearance in court is set for May 21.

Corey J. Sommers of Lily, 18, was charged with possession of marijuana, which occurred on 02/24/2014. An initial appearance is scheduled for April 28.

Cole W. Karnitz of Bryant, 29, was charged with tampering with or failing to install an ignition interlock device and operating while revoked. The offense occurred on 03/01/2014. An initial appearance is set for April 8.
