Langlade County criminal court activity 03.24.2014

Langlade County criminal court activity for March 24, 2014. New cases filed today also.

Paul Leroy Maus of Deerbrook, 50, was fined $50 plus court costs for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Edward A. Schlicht of Grayslake Illinois, 54, was fined $100 plus costs for possession of marijuana. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

Ana M Schnettler of Grayslake Illinois, 53, had bond set at $200 cash for charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, operating with a restricted controlled substance and speeding. She is scheduled to return to court on September 29.

Adam Michael Svatek of Wildwood Lane, 29, failed to appear in court for charges of a third offense of operating while intoxicated and a third offense of operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration. A bench warrant was authorized but stayed for seven days. The court will sign the warrant on 03/31/2014.

New cases filed today:

Michael Turcotte of First Avenue, 23, was charged with possess with intent to deliver marijuana (greater than 1000-2500 grams), possession of marijuana as a second or greater offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. His initial appearance is set for March 31.

Allan Brian Wolf of Fifth Avenue, 23, was charged with possess with intent to deliver marijuana (greater than 1000-2500 grams), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of felony bail jumping. He is scheduled for a status conference on April 11.

Lee V. Bell of Irving Street, 42, was charged with possess with intent to deliver marijuana (greater than 1000-2500 grams), felon in possession of a firearm, maintaining a drug trafficking place, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. His initial appearance is set for March 31.

Brad Joseph Fowler of Gresham, 32, was charged with possession of marijuana as a second or greater offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. His initial appearance is set for March 31.
