Ethan S. Casarez-Pagel, 23, of Bryant, received a $2,500 signature bond for charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He is scheduled to return to court on April 20.

Daniel R. Darling, 37, of North Avenue, had bond set at $5,000 cash for charges of possession of methamphetamine and purchasing pseudoephedrine for another with intent to facilitate another person's manufacture of meth. His next court date is March 30.

Carissa L. Drake, 31, of Deresch Street, received a bond reduction from $10,000 cash to $5,000 cash for charges of second degree sexual assault of child and exposing genitals/pubic area/intimate parts to a child. She is scheduled to return to court on April 1. Conditions of bond include no contact with victims or minors.

Desmann J. Escalante, 30, of Keshena, received a reduction in bond from $1,000 cash to $500 cash for charges of misappropriating ID info to avoid penalty, resisting or obstructing an officer, operating while intoxicated second offense, operating with a prohibited alcohol concentration second offense and operating while revoked. His next court date is April 7.

Adam D. Johnson, 28, of Townsend, was fined $100 plus court costs for possessing marijuana. A charge of possessing drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

James T. Pelky, 45, of Arctic Street, was sentenced to one year probation for disorderly conduct domestic abuse. He must also pay court costs.

Craig A. Welch, 30, of Highway 47, was fined $100 plus costs for disorderly conduct domestic abuse.

Luke A. Halbrook, 20, of Depere, received a one year probation term for theft and one year deferred agreement for criminal damage to property.

Logan R. Marquis, 20, of Depere, was sentenced to one year probation for theft and one year deferred agreement for criminal damage to property. He must also undergo alcohol or drug assessment, counseling and pay court costs.

New charges filed today:

Theron D. Harris, 39, of Neva Road, is charged with theft. The incident occurred on January 27. A warrant has been issued for his arrest.
