Judge Kawalski gave out a few jail sentences today.
Justin W. Pergler of Elcho, 30, was sentenced to serve thirty days in jail and two years probation for maintaining a drug trafficking place. He must also undergo alcohol and drug assessment with follow through and counseling.
Cory W. Resch of Trout Road, 20, was ordered to serve five days in jail and one year probation for resisting or obstructing an officer. He must also undergo alcohol and drug assessment with follow through and counseling. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.
Jason J. De Ruyter of County Road G, 31, was found guilty of possession of drug paraphernalia and was ordered to pay court costs.
