Langlade County criminal court activity 03.16.2015.
Crystal M. Dankert, 31, of Sixth Avenue, failed to appear in court for a battery charge. A warrant with a $500 bond was authorized for her arrest.
Tyler R. Jaster, 23, of Fifth Avenue, was sentenced to one year probation for retail theft.
New charges filed today:
Anthony J. Flasch, 29, of North Avenue, is charged with felony bail jumping, manufacturing or delivering amphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and purchasing pseudoephedrine for another with intent to facilitate another person's manufacture of meth, all counts as a repeater. The incidents occurred on February 22. He is scheduled to return to court on April 13.
Omar I. Luera, 23, of South Superior Street, is charged with two counts of using a computer to facilitate a child sex crime and second degree assault of a child. The offense dates are March 8 and March 12. His next court date is set for April 13.
Charles J. Smith, 33, of Elton, is charged with disorderly conduct as a repeater. He is scheduled to appear in court on April 13.
Joseph B. Prince, 24, of Edison Street, is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. The incident happened on March 1.
