Court activity on Wednesday, March 05, 2014 and Thursday March 6 for Langlade County. Some warrants were issued for persons failing to pay fines and a few cases were resolved.
Timothy Michael Lundberg of Second Avenue, 40, was sentenced to 1 year probation for criminal damage to property. He must also pay restitution, court costs and DNA surcharge. He received deferred judgment for 1 year for felony bail jumping. If he successfully completes probation and pays restitution, that charge will be dismissed.
Steven D. Drews of Racine, 51, received deferred judgment for 2 years for strangulation and suffocation. He was also sentenced to 31 days in jail for disorderly conduct, which was already served. He was fined $100 plus court costs.
Michael Carroll of White Lake, 66, was ordered to serve 20 days in jail for failure to pay a fine for operating without a valid license as a second offense within three years. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
Travis J. Chrudimsky of Pine Street, 29, was ordered to serve 40 days in jail for failure to pay a fine for disorderly conduct. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
Jacob M. Randall of Ninth Avenue, 19, was ordered to serve 60 days in jail for failure to pay a fine for possession of drug paraphernalia. A warrant was issued for his arrest.
Myron M. Waite of Bonduel, 35, was ordered to serve 20 days in jail for failing to pay a fine for possession of drug paraphernalia. A warrant was issued.
